Our Team

Married in 1997, Josh and Andrea have two sons, Johnny and Gabe. In their free time, they enjoy boating, snowmobiling, and traveling. As a family, they spend many weekends at the race track, where their youngest son, Gabe, follows in his fathers and grandfathers footsteps, competing in circle track racing.

Jim, founder of Carr Craft, has enjoyed over 50 years of marriage to his wife Sal. Jim has officially retired, although he remains the backbone support of Carr Craft. Throughout the years, Jim has had many hobbies, including race car driving, flying airplanes, horses, hunting and fishing.

Nic has been with Carr Craft since 2009 and is a fully certified Master Auto Technician. He and his wife Erin have two daughters, who are involved in school and travel softball. They love to go boating and to travel. Nic is also an avid hunter and fisher.
